Why did an alarm ring while my phone was on Silent?

That was intentional. When you capture a task and Taskee judges it worth waking you up for, it tells you so and asks you to confirm ("Say 'let it wait' if not."). Only confirmed tasks get an alarm, and alarms ring through Silent and Focus by design. Change how strict this is under Wake tolerance in the app's settings.

How do I cancel or change Taskee Pro?

Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or the "Manage subscription" button on the Pro screen inside the app. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Everything free stays free forever.

I bought Pro but the app says I'm out of AI conversations.

Open the Pro screen and tap "Restore purchases". If it still fails, email us with the approximate date you subscribed.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app: all tasks and settings live on your device. To also remove the device and subscription bindings on our server, email us (see Privacy Policy).
