Privacy Policy

Taskee is made by ASJ IT Solutions OPC ("we"). This policy explains what the app processes, what reaches our servers, and what does not. The short version: your voice never leaves your phone, the text of what you said is sent to our server only to be turned into a task and is not stored there, we never track you, and there are no accounts.
What stays on your device
- Audio. Speech is transcribed on your iPhone by Apple's on-device speech recognition. No audio, recording, or audio-derived data is ever transmitted anywhere.
- Your tasks and settings. Tasks, their deadlines and priorities, and your quiet-hours and wake settings are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage shared with its widget. They may be included in your iCloud or computer backups according to your device settings. Deleting the app deletes them.
What reaches our server, and why

What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-in, names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- No tracking across other apps or websites, no advertising, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no sale or sharing of data for advertising.
- No collection of your location, contacts, photos, or calendar.
Permissions the app asks for
- Microphone — only while you hold the talk button.
- Speech recognition — on-device transcription of what you said.
- Notifications — the deadline reminder for every task. These are marked time-sensitive so they can reach you through a Focus mode.
- Alarms — for tasks you explicitly confirm are worth waking up for; these ring even when your phone is on Silent.
- Siri (Taskee Pro) — hands-free capture. Siri's own handling of your request is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Your choices
- Delete the app to remove every task and setting from your device.
- Manage or cancel Taskee Pro in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- To delete the device and subscription bindings held on our server, email support@taskee.xyz from the device (or tell us the approximate date you subscribed); we will confirm when it is done.
Children
Taskee is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly process information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
